Naomi Watts
Naomi Ellen Watts was born 28 September 1968. She made her debut in film in Australia in For Love Alone (1986) that was followed by three tv series: Hey Dad.. (1990), Brides of Christ (911) and Home and Away (1991) and Flirting (1991). Watts relocated to America in the year 2000. She was initially struggling as an actor. In actuality she was able to play small roles in films before becoming an actress of the future in David Lynch's Mulholland Drive psychological thriller. She gained international recognition by playing the role. Watts was later a gruelling journalist in the film adaptation of The Ring (2002). For her portrayal of a grieving mother in the Alejandro film 21 Grams, she was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Actress.
